Cinematic Sports

when the function became the advertisement

CINEMATIC SPORTS is a sports education centre. It advertises by displaying its main function, the sports. The sports can be seen through the curtain wall on the north side. It provides amusement for the neighbours and passers-by and a natural form of advertisement. At the other side of building, is the library. It overlooks the water of the Maas and provides tranquillity for a studying ambiance.

The distinct shape of the building derives tectonically from the a force transfer analysis . The prefab elements are thicker and more reinforced at the point of strongest load. This way the tectonics determine the aesthetics.
